* Costs shown per 30 minutes (one slot) and will be charged as per booking of slots/extended slot usage at the time of imaging by the user. Service charge will incur if assistance is required with image capturing and/or image analysis using Celleste. Cancellation Policy: Free cancellations if made 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within two hours before the scheduled booking will be charged 50% of the booking slot/s and amount quoted. Failure to cancel will incur the cost of full booking slot/s and amount quoted.
Payments:
Invoices for the use of the EVOS M700 Imaging System will be generated and distributed to supervisors on the 28th of each month, with payments expected by the end of the same month. Any lab with outstanding balances from previous invoices will not be permitted to use the imaging system until all payments are fully settled.
