MyÑî¹óåú´«Ã½ is the student portal that gives you easy, convenient access to the information you need as a Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ student.
The Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ ICT Service Desk is the central point of contact between the student user and Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ ICT.
Call the Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ ICT Service Desk if you have problems accessing your email, using the internet or standard software programs. The Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ ICT Service Desk also offers configuration support to students.

If the Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ ICT Service Desk cannot help you with advice over the telephone, kindly visit the walk-in call center where we can log a call for you and assist further.
If your computer is a personal device, please ensure your computer is adequately protected with an antivirus software, which is patched up to date. You are also responsible for ensuring the adequate backing up of your own data prior to Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ providing you with configuration support
