The Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½@100 Cultures Study reflects on the University’s legacy and future as part of the Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ 2033 Strategic Framework.
Drawing on archival reviews, surveys, and focus groups with more than 6,700 staff, students, alumni, and external stakeholders, the study captured diverse perspectives on institutional culture and identity. Findings highlight Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½’ strengths in academic excellence, research, and social impact, while also noting challenges around inclusivity, communication, and career progression.
The report concludes with actionable recommendations to guide Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ toward a more inclusive, resilient, and globally competitive future.
