Through interdisciplinary postgraduate education and research, WiCDS aims to deepen knowledge of diversity, difference and power, and build capacity to meet the challenges of diverse societies, particularly post-apartheid South Africa. WiCDS was founded in 2014 by Professor . Its current director is Professor . Through its intensive programme of events, education, research and collaboration and public dissemination, WiCDS contributes to the broader project of diminishing inequalities and building a more just society. WiCDS is situated on the 13th floor of Es'Kia Mphahlele House (formerly University Corner), above the Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ Art Museum. You can access the building from the WSOA entrance on campus or directly from Jorrisen Street. |
