Realising Disability Rights in Southern Africa People with disabilities still experience barriers to the realisation of their rights. Dr Leila Abdool Gafoor, Head of the Disability Rights Unit at Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ says that while the University’s physical environment has created access for people with disabilities, this is not the case in all sectors of society.
