ENERGISE brings together leading African and German universities in a collaborative partnership for a Just Energy Transition. The consortium combines complementary expertise in renewable energy, governance, entrepreneurship, research and education to strengthen knowledge exchange and develop solutions for diverse energy contexts.
At Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½, the Centre will connect engineering expertise from the School of Electrical & Information Engineering in the Faculty of Engineering & Built Environment with energy innovation, policy and entrepreneurship, in collaboration with the African Energy Leadership Centre (AELC) at the Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ Business School.
The consortium comprises the University of the Witwatersrand, , , and , working together through research, education, mobility, innovation and capacity-building activities.
