Activation Requests
To kick-start your activation, complete the Activation Request form below and submit it to Promotions.dlu@wits.ac.za or Reaobaka.Mosimanegape@wits.ac.za. Our team will promptly respond with a quote.
Only complete the Customer Application form if you have not previously received an invoice from the University. This form helps allocate you a unique Customer Number.
Please note that the figures outlined on the Promotions Rate Card below are estimates and not final charges.
