The University of the Witwatersrand Fund, Inc. (Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ Fund) is a US-based not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting the University of the Witwatersrand (Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ University), a leading global institution, based in Johannesburg South Africa.
The Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ Fund exists to empower Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ University to maintain its global excellence and transform humanity’s shared future.
And it is committed to raising the global profile of Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ University and driving a deeper sense of connection between the University and its alumni, through building local alumni networks to create communities, sharing alumni accomplishments, and raising funds to support Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½’ endeavors that positively impacts South Africa and the African continent.

The Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ Fund is dedicated to maintaining Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ University’s global standing by helping to sustain its excellent standards in teaching and research. It can do this only with the continued support of the University’s global network of alumni and friends.
Your donation also helps Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ extend financial support and assistance to needy and academically-deserving students. These students would not be able to access tertiary education without your giving, and on graduating, to have the opportunity to find jobs and be better equipped to build a career, to be financially secure and to raise up their communities.
